Shipping and ordering information

We deliver from our warehouse in Sindelfingen, Germany by parcel service or freight forwarder. The full cost of packaging and delivery is shown in the shopping basket.

The stated shipping costs of € 7.50, € 13.50, € 19.50, € 43.00, € 50.42 net, depending on the item, apply only to delivery within Germany.  However, we are happy to deliver to all other European countries.

The costs are displayed in the shopping basket.  Please contact us if the displayed shipping costs do not seem plausible. If you order more than one item at a time, the shipping costs may be higher than necessary.

We reserve the right to apply additional island surcharges.

Delivery times are not guaranteed.

Our warehouses are well stocked, should there be any delays we will of course inform you.
